JASON POTTS

Prof Jason Potts is a Chief Investigator at the RMIT University node of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making & Society (ADM+S).

Jason Potts is Professor of Economics at RMIT University in Australia, specialising in economics of innovation and new technologies.

He is co-director of the Blockchain Innovation Hub, the first social science research institute on Blockchain in the world.

Professor Potts and his team have pioneered the new field of institutional cryptoeconomics to help us better understand the economic impact of blockchain technology.

His latest book is Innovation Commons: The Origin of Economic Growth (Oxford University Press).
