Not for Sale: Web3 as a socio-economic strategy for Public Street Art

Research Description
Not for Sale is a creative practice research project that investigates Web3 as a socio-economic strategy of rebellion against current street art markets. The project consists of two parts; Part One is an analysis of Web3 art markets, the current street art market and street art practice and culture. Part Two will then analyse this research to develop a new Web3 market platform and socio-economic strategy in support of Public Street Art practice and culture. This Web3 platform will act as a digital counterpart to Public Street Art and be trialled in physical spaces.
