POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOWS
Research Fellow, The Use of Automated Knowledge in Organisations
RMIT University
This research will examine changes to organisational and inter-group coordination as complex knowledge systems such as generative AI become more accessible. This includes confidentiality needs, inter-group knowledge-sharing systems, methods for handling differing organisational or community ontologies, and group/organisation-level governance approaches in relation to AI and automated decision-making. The research will also examine the adoption of decentralised AI within organisational contexts and the organisational capabilities required to make effective use of AI. The Research Fellow will need experience of digital ethnography methods and practice, including experience and/or thorough understanding of computer aided ethnography approaches and tools.
