Its primary aim is to uncover the intricate power dynamics between digital platforms and real estate agents, fueled by the pursuit of capital accumulation. This influence has the potential to impact socio-spatial stratification in urban areas, potentially worsening existing housing inequalities and affecting housing accessibility and affordability.
