SARAH ERFANI

Dr Sarah Erfani is an Associate Investigator at the University of Melbourne node of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making & Society (ADM+S).

Sarah Erfani is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computing and Information Systems (CIS) at The University of Melbourne.

Her work on scalable methods for unsupervised learning has made important theoretical and practical contributions that are used by practitioners in various domains such as telecommunication network management.

She has been awarded competitive grants to fund her research in the fields of deep learning and cybersecurity.

Her research interests include machine learning, large-scale data mining, cyber security, data privacy, and IoT.
