Automated decision-making, social services and youth homelessness
Stephanie’s PhD is exploring the current impacts of automated decision-making systems in social services on young people at risk of and experiencing homelessness. The study will also examine the extent to which ADM can support the subjective experiences and challenges associated with engaging with social services for young people. Stephanie will use a multi-method qualitative approach using creative workshops and interviews to conduct this research with young people and social workers living in Melbourne.
