Yolande Strengers is a Associate Investigator with the ADM+S, a digital sociologist, associate prof of digital technology and society in the Emerging Technologies Research Lab at Monash Uni and Associate Dean of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the Faculty of IT. Her research investigates the sustainability and gender effects of emerging and smart technologies. Her recent book is the The Smart Wife: Why Siri, Alexa and other Smart Home Devices Need a Feminist Reboot, co-authored with Jenny Kennedy.
