Dr Rebekah Harms is a Research Fellow at the UNSW node of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making & Society (ADM+S).
Rebekah is undertaking a postdoctoral project which is jointly funded by the Critical Capabilities for Inclusive AI subproject within the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making and Society, and the CSIRO’s Advanced Engineering Biology Future Science Platform.
The aim of this project is to explore the barriers to achieving equitable use of artificial intelligence and automated decision-making within engineering biology, and to identify practical ways of addressing these issues, particularly within the healthcare space.
