Emma Baulch was a Visiting Scholar at the Monash University node of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making and Society (ADM+S) from 14-28 November 2025.
Emma is Associate Professor of Media and Communication and Director of SEADS (Southeast Asia Research Centre for Digital Technology and Society) at Monash University Malaysia.
Her research examines how media technologies shape public life in Southeast Asia, especially Malaysia and Indonesia.
