India is a Service Designer and Doctoral Researcher in the Emerging Technologies Lab at Monash University Art, Design and Architecture (MADA).

Her interdisciplinary research into health service design and futures is focussed on immunoglobulin – a precious infection-prevention therapy given to people with blood cancers – and is supported by the OPTIMAL Centre for Research Excellence, part of the Transfusion Research Unit in the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Monash University.

India’s practice-based PhD study is examining participatory, systemic design approaches to realising preferable shared futures in complex healthcare systems.
