Dr Kari Dahlgren is an Associate Investigator at the Monash University node of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making & Society (ADM+S).
Kari is also a research fellow in the Emerging Technologies Research Lab in the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash University.
Kari is a social anthropologist and ethnographer who studies social aspects of the energy transition in Australia, including the intersection of emerging energy technologies with lived realities and desired futures. She also makes methodological interventions in the field of futures anthropology to access and bring about diverse social futures.
