LEV BROMBERG

Dr Lev Bromberg is an Affiliate of the the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making & Society (ADM+S) from La Trobe University.

Dr Lev (Leo) Bromberg is a Lecturer of Law at La Trobe University. Leo is a socio-legal scholar whose research focuses on the governance of emerging technologies (such as AI) and animal protection regulation. Prior to joining La Trobe, Leo was engaged as a Lecturer and Research Fellow at Melbourne Law School, where he undertook his PhD studies, and a Tutor at Monash University.

Leo’s scholarly publications, policy contributions and commissioned research have featured at leading conferences, informed the design and delivery of university subjects, and contributed to policy reform. Prior to commencing in academia, Leo worked as a senior analyst with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
