Dr Lutfun Nahar Lata is a sociologist who researches digital information technologies, social services, work and income security, urban poverty, social justice and policy research in urban development.
Her methodological expertise lies in using digital social science research methods including cyber-ethnography, data mining, qualitative and quantitative methods to examine various social issues from multiple perspectives, including the perspectives of ‘citizen consumers’ and ‘service providers’.
