Peter Mercieca is an International Advisory Board Member for the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making & Society (ADM+S) from boutique strategy firm, Cypher Advisory Group.
For the previous 28 years, Peter was a partner with the global advisory firm of KPMG. Serving some of the world’s largest companies across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Peter has held senior leadership roles and led industry focused advisory businesses, including in the capacity of the Global Chair of KPMG’s Media and Telecommunications business and KPMG’s US Consulting business focused on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.
Until recently, Peter was based in San Francisco working with 2 of the largest global technology firms with a focus on regulatory matters. Peter has also provided advisory services to Dell Technologies, VMWare, Virgin Media, Vodafone, Telstra, Saudi Telecom and many other organisations in the global TMT arena.
Peter’s focus is on collaborating with boards and senior executives to navigate dynamic commercial and social landscapes to drive transformative outcomes.
