SHILPA SINGH JASWANT
Shilpa Singh Jaswant is an Affiliate of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making and Society at the University of Melbourne.
She is a PhD candidate at Melbourne Law School, researching group rights of privacy in new technologies to overcome the harms caused to people from marginalised groups and/or with protected traits.
Shilpa enjoys being an academic and has a keen interest in new technologies such as LLMs and cryptos and any related political and legal issues.
Previously, she has taught international law & human rights law courses and practiced Competition law in India and Germany.
